When you move better you feel better!

While practicing Pilates is a great way to strengthen the entire body and core, the most important goal is to achieve an inner balance to facilitate functional and coordinated movement patterns. A body that moves more efficiently without pain or discomfort is our ultimate goal. Regular Pilates practice combined with the repositioning techniques of Postural Restoration Institute can be adapted to any body and any fitness level, no experience necessary!

Elizabeth is such a great teacher! She has really mastered the art of virtural classes. I look forward to every class. I honestly cannot imagine enduring this lockdown without them.

Bravo!

I love Elizabeth's mat classes because she is such a thorough and complete instructor. Her verbal cues help me to get deeper into my body and access places i usually don't think about.

She is fantastic!
